~Roots And Wings~
She is feeling lost. She has completely thrown herself into her work, being a mom, or one of the many other roles that women play – it has become unclear where she begins and the role ends.
Maybe she is aware of the importance she places on everyone else’s needs and opinions; constantly looking to please others and not rock the boat, struggling to find and use her own voice.
Maybe she is stuck in the “shoulds” of what other people think; hearing a voice echoing in your ears of what she “should” be, or what she “should” be doing.
Let’s take this time to explore and find you. What are your truths, your beliefs, and your passions? Where are your boundaries, your “no mores?” What does living your best life look like and how do you get there?
Together we can explore all the above and hold space for each other in a judgment free environment.
~Digging Deep~
This group is open to all who are looking to grow and experience the healing power of horses.
Nothing is too big or too small to delve into. If you are feeling a “charge” or trigger around an event or feeling in your life, let’s get dirty and dig deep.
~Growing Up True~
Kids are living in a new world – for good, bad or indifferent. Together we can navigate that world so that they can grow up with self compassion, and strength.
This group is here to help teens navigate who they truly are and what they are feeling.
During this time they find out that they are not alone while in a safe space to share anything they wish, including what they have been struggling with.
~Unconditionally You, Unconditionally Loved~
This is a LGBTQIA+ friendly group that offers a safe space for all to be who they truly are. There are no judgements, only an environment full of love and peace to help you feel the same way; loved and secure.
Come to support yourself and others on their healing journey to heal from current events, as well as, past and unfinished business.
Let’s get rid of the “shoulds” and the negative narrations (stories that play within one’s head), and find your freedom, clarity, calm, and self-love within your being.
~Bring Your Own.... Group~
Bring your friends to work on a similar struggles, to plan on reaching a goals, or to learn about each others temperament and values.
Bring at least 4 friends and you get your session for free… What can be better than that!? Helping friends and helping yourself.
